Fire & Life Safety Systems Staffing with Dedicated Recruiters

Find qualified professionals for fire alarm, mass notification, emergency communication and nurse call installation and service work.

Recruiting around the work

Fire alarm installation, testing and inspection schedules can affect project turnover and occupancy. An unfilled technician role can delay that work, while gaps in service coverage can create backlogs. Fieldlink helps contractors and integrators find professionals whose experience aligns with the systems and responsibilities involved.

Our fire and life safety headhunters evaluate device installation, panel programming, testing, inspection and service experience, along with applicable licenses, manufacturer training and role-specific NICET credentials. We consider the work candidates have performed and the requirements identified for the position and jurisdiction.

Fieldlink provides fire and life safety staffing from new construction through ongoing operations, supporting commercial environments with experienced professionals across fire alarm, detection, suppression, emergency communications, mass notification, inspection, testing, programming, commissioning, service, and maintenance. Our recruiting coverage supports commercial buildings, distribution centers, industrial facilities, healthcare, hospitality, and mission-critical environments.

Candidate Qualifications & Site Readiness

Fire and life safety work is governed by codes, licensing and inspection requirements that vary by state, locality, system and scope of work.

Depending on the role, the jurisdiction and applicable law, our process may include verification of the relevant NICET certification program and level, such as Fire Alarm Systems or Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems, where required for the position, state fire alarm or low-voltage licenses and manufacturer panel certifications, along with OSHA training, driving-record reviews where driving is an approved job requirement, background screening, drug testing and client-specific site-access requirements. Employment eligibility verification takes place during onboarding, after an offer of employment has been accepted.

We review applicable requirements with the client early so candidates are prepared before mobilization. Final site access remains subject to the client or facility.
