Audio Visual Staffing with Dedicated Recruiters

Keep commercial AV installations and service work moving with professionals who understand the systems, platforms, products and environments you support.

Recruiting around the work

An unfilled AV role can leave rooms uncommissioned, put opening dates under pressure and stretch your existing team. Fieldlink helps integrators find the installers, programmers, service technicians and field leaders needed to move work from installation through turnover.

We evaluate candidates’ platform experience, installation and commissioning backgrounds, relevant AVIXA industry and manufacturer credentials, and the networking knowledge the position requires. Our audiovisual headhunters use industry relationships to reach professionals whose experience fits the work ahead.

Candidate Qualifications & Site Readiness

AVIXA’s CTS credential family is an important industry standard for many audiovisual roles. Depending on the position and applicable law, Fieldlink’s verification process may include applicable CTS, CTS-I or CTS-D credentials, manufacturer training on control and videoconferencing platforms, OSHA training, aerial-lift qualifications and other client- or site-specific requirements.

Background screening, drug testing and site-access requirements may also apply, depending on the project and applicable law, particularly for projects inside schools, hospitals, government facilities and other controlled environments. Employment eligibility verification takes place during onboarding, after an offer of employment has been accepted.

Applicable credentials and requirements are reviewed before mobilization so clients are not discovering preventable gaps at the jobsite. Final site access remains subject to the client or facility.
