Carrier Services Staffing with Dedicated Recruiters
Support network builds, upgrades and service commitments with professionals who understand carrier infrastructure and field requirements.
Recruiting around the work
A short splicing crew, a stalled central office installation or an unfilled field leadership role can affect more than one site. Fieldlink helps carriers, network deployment contractors, equipment manufacturers and integrators find people whose experience aligns with the build plan and customer requirements.
We evaluate central office, headend, fiber, distributed antenna system (DAS) and wireless experience, along with equipment knowledge, safety training and the responsibilities of the role. Our carrier services headhunters use industry relationships to reach technicians and leaders with relevant network and deployment backgrounds.
Staffing and recruiting for the way you work
Contract Staffing
For market builds, equipment deployments and network upgrades, we provide installers, splicers, testers, turn-up technicians and other project resources aligned with the scope of work. Staffing scales with the build and adjusts as sites are accepted and closed out.
Direct Hire Recruiting
We recruit engineers, lead technicians, construction managers and project managers for long-term roles. Searches reflect the networks you support, the equipment you deploy and the standards your customers expect.
Contract-to-hire is also available for clients and professionals considering a longer-term fit.
Candidate Qualifications & Site Readiness
Carrier work spans central offices, headends, data centers, rooftops, towers and outside plant, and each environment can bring its own safety, access and qualification requirements.
Depending on the role, the site and applicable law, our process may include verification of applicable industry certifications and manufacturer training, along with review of OSHA training, tower-climbing and RF-safety training where the scope requires it, fiber splicing and testing qualifications, driving-record reviews where driving is an approved job requirement, background screening, drug testing and carrier- or site-specific access requirements. Employment eligibility verification takes place during onboarding, after an offer of employment has been accepted.
We work with clients to identify those requirements early so candidate readiness is addressed before mobilization rather than at the site. Final site access remains subject to the client, carrier or facility.

FAQs
For Employers
Timing depends on the market, crew size, site requirements and the experience required. Installers and general field resources may be available relatively quickly, while central office equipment engineers, experienced splicers, DAS leads and other specialized professionals generally require a more targeted search. We establish a realistic timeline after reviewing the scope.

Tell us early. For contract assignments, we work with you to address the issue and identify replacement coverage based on project requirements and candidate availability. Direct placements may include a replacement guarantee under the terms of the client agreement.
For Job Seekers
Central office installers and engineers, fiber splicers, DAS and wireless technicians, head end and provisioning technicians, power technicians, construction managers and project managers across project and long-term opportunities.
Both, plus contract-to-hire. Many carrier builds are project-based, while engineering, provisioning and leadership positions may be contract-to-hire or direct placement.
We’ll review the training and certifications you currently hold and help you understand what clients require for the roles and sites we’re supporting, including any safety or access requirements.
We learn the equipment, networks and environments you’ve worked in, the certifications you hold and the work you want next. Then we match that background with opportunities where it fits and stay in touch through screening, onboarding and your first weeks on the job.
