Section 1 — FIELDLINK Privacy Policy
At FIELDLINK, we respect your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to (1) our job applicants, (2) our employees and consultants, who are people we place on assignment with one of our clients, (3) users of the website and FIELDLINK apps (the “Sites”), and (4) representatives of our clients and vendors. This Privacy Policy applies to all FIELDLINK affiliates, divisions and d/b/a entities including, without limitation: Fieldlink, Evaluent, Rotator Staffing Services Inc., Industrial Staffing Services LLC, Industrial Staffing Services, Inc., Medical Staffing Services Inc., Block Staffing Services LLC, and Staffing the Universe.
The Policy describes the types of personal information we collect, how we use that information, the circumstances in which we may share it, and the rights of individuals using the Sites regarding our use of their information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices and to exercise your rights.

- FIELDLINK prides itself as being a leader in the staffing industry. As part of this, we recognize that we have a responsibility to protect all the data we hold or process, whether it belongs to FIELDLINK, our employees, partners, customers, or suppliers. By protecting this data and ensuring the privacy of all interested parties, we can ensure that we maintain our reputation as a trusted employer and partner, enabling us to grow as a business and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- FIELDLINK shall ensure compliance with all related regulatory, contractual, statutory and legal requirements.
- It is the responsibility of all our staff, regardless of grade, to become familiar with our security & privacy management processes and to comply with all information security and privacy policies and the procedures that underpin them.
- In turn, we commit to ensure that our security & privacy management systems and processes are efficient, effective, and continuously improving to protect our data assets while avoiding the reputational, legal, and financial harm that would result from a data breach. FIELDLINK management fully supports the information security & privacy management system and requires all our staff, whether permanent or temporary, partner organizations, suppliers, and contractors to do the same.
Section 2 — Collection of Information
We collect personal information about you in several ways, such as through our Sites and social media channels; through phone and fax contacts; through job applications and in connection with in-person recruitment; and in connection with our interactions with employees, clients and vendors. We may collect the following types of personal information (as permitted under local law):
- Contact information (such as name, postal address, email address and telephone number);
- Username and password when you register on our Sites;
- Information you provide about friends or other people you would like us to contact; For existing employees and consultants using the mobile app, details concerning work performed for FIELDLINK and its clients; and
- Other information you may provide to us, such as in surveys or through the “Contact Us” feature on our Sites.
In addition, if you are a consultant or job applicant and you apply for a position or create an account to apply for a position, we may collect the following types of personal information (as permitted under local law):
- Employment and education history;
- Language proficiencies and other work-related skills;
- Date of birth;
- Gender;
- Bank account information;
- Citizenship and work authorization status;
- Disabilities and health-related information;
- Results of drug tests and criminal and other background checks;
- Benefits information;
- Tax-related information;
- Information provided by references; and
- Information contained in your resume or C.V., information you provide regarding your career interests, and other information about your qualifications for employment.
In addition, we may collect information you provide to us about other individuals, such as information related to emergency contacts.
Section 3 — Cookies and Web Beacons
When you visit our Sites, we may collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons and web server logs. The information we may collect in this manner includes IP address, unique device identifier, browser characteristics, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, information on actions taken on our Sites, dates and times of visits to our Sites and other usage statistics. A “cookie” is a file that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other Internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. A “web beacon,” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag or clear GIF, links web pages to web servers and their cookies and is used to transmit information collected through cookies back to a web server. Through these automated collection methods, we may obtain “clickstream data,” which is a log of the links and other content on which a visitor clicks while browsing a website. As the visitor clicks through the website, a record of the action may be collected and stored. We link certain data elements we have collected through automated means, such as your browser information, with other information we have obtained about you to let us know, for example, whether you have opened an email we sent to you. Your browser may tell you how to be notified when you receive certain types of cookies or how to restrict or disable certain types of cookies. Please note, however, that without cookies you may not be able to use all of the features of our Sites. To the extent required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before collecting personal information using cookies or similar automated means.
Section 4 — How We Use Collected Information
We may use the information described above to perform the following activities (as permitted under local law):
- Providing workforce solutions and connecting people to work;
- Creating and managing online accounts;
- Processing payments;
- Managing our client and vendor relationships;
- Sending promotional materials, alerts regarding available positions and other communications;
- Responding to individuals’ inquiries;
- Operating, evaluating and improving our business;
- Protecting against, identifying and seeking to prevent fraud and other unlawful activity, claims and other liabilities; and
- Complying with and enforcing applicable legal requirements, relevant industry standards, contractual obligations and our policies.
In addition to the activities listed above, if you are a consultant or job applicant and you apply for a position or create an account to apply for a position, as permitted under local law, we may use the information described in this Privacy Policy to:
- Provide you with job opportunities and work;
- Provide HR services to you;
- Provide additional services to you, such as training;
- Assess your suitability as a job candidate and your qualifications for positions; and Perform data analytics, such as (i) analyzing our job candidate base; (ii) assessing individual performance and capabilities; (iii) identifying skill shortages; (iv) using information to match individuals and potential opportunities, and (v) analyzing pipeline data (trends regarding hiring practices).
We also may use the information in other ways for which we provide specific notice at or prior to the time of collection.
In addition, we may use information collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, web server logs and other automated means for purposes such as (i) customizing our users’ use of our Sites; (ii) delivering content tailored to our users’ interests and the manner in which our users use our Sites; and (iii) managing our Sites and other aspects of our business. To the extent required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before collecting information using cookies or similar automated means.
We also use third-party analytics services on our Sites. The analytics providers that administer these services use technologies such as cookies, web server logs and web beacons to help us analyze your use of our Sites. Section 5 — How do we store your data?
FIELDLINK will keep your data for various periods of time that complies with applicable regulations. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data via secure protocols.
FIELDLINK takes the security and privacy of your data seriously. We employ industry-standard protocols and practices to securely store your data. Currently, your data is stored in data centers that adhere to strict security measures and protocols.
Location of Data Storage:
Your data is securely stored in data centers located across The United States. These data centers have been chosen based on their robust security infrastructure and compliance with data protection regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Security Precautions:
To safeguard your data and protect it from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, we have implemented the following security precautions:
- Access Control: Access to your data is restricted only to authorized personnel who require access to perform their designated tasks. Our authentication mechanisms ensure that only authenticated and authorized individuals can access your data.
- Encryption: All data transmitted between your devices and our servers, as well as data stored in our databases, is encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols, such as SSL/TLS (Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security).

FIELDLINK values your privacy and strives to maintain transparency in how we handle your data. We will only retain your data for the necessary time period required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise required by law. Once this time period has expired, we are committed to promptly and securely deleting your data.
How we delete users’ data:
When the specified retention period has elapsed, we will proceed with the deletion of your data using a secure and systematic approach. Our data deletion process includes the following measures:
- Data Erasure: Your data will be permanently and securely erased from our active databases and any associated systems.
- Backups: If your data was backed up for disaster recovery purposes, we will ensure that all copies of your data are also securely and permanently removed from those backups in a manner that complies with our data retention policies.
- Third-Party Data Processors: If any third-party data processors were involved in handling your data, we will ensure that they delete your data from their systems as well or provide confirmation of its secure deletion.
- Logs and Audit Trails: Any logs or audit trails containing your personal data will be subject to secure deletion as well.
- Compliance with Regulations: The deletion process will adhere to all relevant data protection regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
It’s important to note that there might be instances where we are legally obligated to retain certain data even after the specified time period has expired, such as to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. However, in such cases, we will ensure that your data is only retained for as long as necessary and in compliance with applicable laws.
Section 6 — Information We Share
We do not disclose personal information we collect about you, except as described in this Privacy Policy or in separate notices provided in connection with particular activities. We may share personal information with vendors who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions, such as background screening providers. We do not authorize these vendors to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. If you are a job applicant, we also may share your personal information with clients or subcontractors who may have job opportunities available or interest in placing our job applicants.
In addition, we may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process; (ii) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials based on a lawful disclosure request; and (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity. We also reserve the right to transfer personal information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a reorganization, dissolution or liquidation).

FIELDLINK maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to help prevent unauthorized access, to maintain data security, and to use correctly the information we collect on the Sites. These safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect and store.
Section 8 — Your Rights And Choices
We offer you certain choices in connection with the personal information we collect about you and how we communicate with you. To update your preferences, ask us to remove your information from our mailing lists, exercise your rights or submit a request, please contact us as indicated in the “How to Contact Us” section of this Privacy Policy. To the extent provided by the law of your jurisdiction, you may request access to the personal information we maintain about you or request that we correct, amend, delete or block the information by contacting us as indicated below. Where provided by law, you may withdraw any consent you previously provided to us or object at any time on legitimate grounds to the processing of your personal information, and we will apply your preferences going forward.
Section 9 — Your California Privacy Rights
Subject to certain limitations, California residents may ask us to provide them with (i) a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, and (ii) the identity of those third parties. To make this request, California residents may contact FIELDLINK as specified in the “How to Contact Us” section below.
Section 10 — Data Transfers
The Sites are governed by and operated in accordance with US law. In some circumstances, it may be necessary for FIELDLINK to transfer your Information to countries outside of the country in which the information was originally collected. By using the Sites, you (a) acknowledge that the data protection and other laws of other countries, such as the USA, may provide a less comprehensive or protective standard of protection than those in your country, and consent to your Information being collected, processed and transferred as set forth in this Privacy Policy and US law. If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or Switzerland, we will comply with applicable legal requirements providing adequate protection for the transfer of personal information to recipients in countries outside of the EEA or Switzerland.
Section 11 — Linked Sites and Services
For your convenience and information, our Sites may provide links to third-party sites, apps and services that may be operated by companies not affiliated with FIELDLINK whose information practices may be different than ours. These companies may have their own privacy notices or policies, which we strongly suggest you review. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any non-FIELDLINK sites, apps or services.
Section 12 —What are your data protection rights?
FIELDLINK would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request FIELDLINK for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
- The right to rectification – You have the right to request that FIELDLINK correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request FIELDLINK to complete information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure – You have the right to request that FIELDLINK erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that FIELDLINK restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to FIELDLINK’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to data portability – You have the right to request that FIELDLINK transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

This Privacy Policy (including any addenda) may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our personal information practices. A notice at the foot of the Policy will indicate when it was most recently updated.
Section 14 — Marketing
FIELDLINK would like to send you information about job opportunities and services of ours that we think you might like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You also have the right at any time to stop FIELDLINK from contacting you for marketing purposes.
If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please log into your dashboard and Request To Be Forgotten (RTBF).
