Candidate Qualifications & Site Readiness

We review technical qualifications, safety training and onboarding requirements with you at the start of the search. Screening reflects the role, location, scope of work and applicable requirements, including licenses and industry credentials where needed.

Depending on the assignment and applicable law, the process may include credential and license verification, safety and equipment-operation training review, background screening, drug testing and site-specific onboarding documentation. Employment eligibility verification takes place during onboarding, after an offer of employment has been accepted.

We address screening, badging and access requirements early to reduce avoidable delays before mobilization. Final site access remains subject to client or facility approval.

Testimonials

See what our digital infrastructure clients say about us

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.

We won two projects in the same month, which sounds great until you realize you have one certified lead and he can't be in two counties at once. Fieldlink had a BICSI Technician on our second job inside three weeks, badged and ready, and both projects finished on schedule. I've been doing this 20 years and that's the first time a staffing call actually solved the problem I called about.
Marcus B., Project Manager at an electrical contractor
Our clients badge everybody, and one failed background check used to mean a week of scramble. Every tech Fieldlink has sent us cleared screening before day one, paperwork already done, and I have not had a single person turned away at a badging table since we started with them. For the kind of sites we work, that's the whole ballgame.
Renee C., Operations Director at a systems integrator
I was skeptical about staffed crews because on a construction schedule one guy who doesn't show can wreck your week. The cabling crew Fieldlink fielded showed up every morning, worked clean, and the lead ran his own quality checks without me asking. My super stopped complaining, which if you knew my super, is a review in itself.
Tony G., Superintendent at a general contractor
We're a small shop, so who we send into a client's building matters more than anything else we do. I've hired three techs through Fieldlink now and every one had the license they said, showed up when they said, and two of them are still with me years later. At this point I just call them first.

Frequently asked questions about digital infrastructure recruiting

FAQs

For Employers

Mobilization depends on crew size, location, shift, project duration, site requirements and the level of technical experience or certification required. General installation resources may be available within days in some markets, while credentialed leads and highly specialized technicians often require a more targeted search. After reviewing the project, we establish a realistic mobilization timeline upfront rather than setting an expectation the market cannot support.
